It isn’t easy finding the perfect piece of land (not just any will do). We have set a strict amount of standards and must haves for each property we acquire. Currently we are working on the purchase of 1.8 acres right in the heart of Reno, Nevada. Not only does it check all of our boxes it is Veteran Owned. The current owner has agreed to hold the land while we secure funding. We have our builder and subcontractors on standing by, ready to commence construction as soon as the land acquisition is secured. On this land we will build the first 25 homes that will become Military Manor. Remember it is only through your generosity, that we can make this dream a reality.
We are excited to introduce Military Manor, our first master planned community. Military Manor will consist of 25 small (901 sq. ft) homes. Each home will be A.D.A accessible with all the comfort and necessities the disabled Veteran needs. Each furnished house will have a small front and back yard with private driveway. All of this will be made available to the disabled Vet at no charge. We are able to do this through our partnership with The Department of Veterans Affairs & The Department of Housing Services HUD-VASH program. Which will pay a monthly sum per Veteran, per house. Our vision for Military Manor is so much more than a home, it is a community!
With your support, your contribution will not only provide shelter but also offer a sense of dignity and security to those who have sacrificed so much for our country.
If it is one thing we are, is passionate about our cause. Which is why we work tirelessly to spread awareness, either through our community partners or by hitting the street. Our goal is make sure NO disabled Veteran will ever left it in the cold. Bit you are interested in helping get the word out please click below.
