American Hope Foundations began when founder Ronald Peak, an 11 year Army Veteran who comes from a family with a rich history of military service. It was through Ronald's firsthand experience which revealed to him the gaps in support for veterans upon returning home that drives him to create lasting change. Similarly, Ronald's feel that even one homeless, disabled Veteran is too many. It is through this commitment to our cause that fuels the American Hope Foundation's mission to make sure all 18,000 homeless disabled veterans are out of the cold and into a home.
At American Hope Foundation we are dedicated to making sure no disabled Veteran will ever be without a home. We recognize the challenges that disabled Veterans face in finding suitable housing, so we are building small, accessible home communities where they can live with dignity and care. The key word is community, as we are building more than homes we are building a neighborhood of support and we will not stop until these heroes are able to live amongst their fellow brothers with all the support & security they deserve. A place they can truly call home! It is through our partnership with The Department of Veterans Affairs & The Department of Housing Services HUD-VASH program, which will allow us to offer these homes at NO CHARGE to the disabled Veteran.
Our goal is to build these communities all over the United States . We are currently working on our first community, Military Manor here in Northern Nevada.
We are inviting you to come along with us on our journey as we work from the ground up (literally) to ensure that no disabled veteran is left without a home. Through inspiring stories, impactful discussions, and a commitment to community, we're not just building houses;
WE’RE BUILDING HOPE
